We are the premier flag football program in Northern California, serving the neighborhoods of the Greater Sacramento Region, and actively welcome new players, both boys and girls. In NorCal YSA, our goal is to create an exciting platform for our players to experience the true feeling of a game day!

Our programs encourage a love of sport, inclusive participation, and great sportsmanship. We are dedicated to teaching our players skills that serve them on and off the field, and our coaches will guide them through the important lessons about teamwork, discipline, and overcoming adversities. 

They are devoted to being fair and consistent with our approach and practices and ensure to communicate effectively with parents at all times. In NorCal YSA, we are focused on multidisciplinary training, meaning that the kids will adapt various skills that can translate across many different sports. We understand the value of proper injury management and want to ensure our players succeed not only in our teams but across all fields. We are excited for this season to begin and would like to welcome back our returning athletes, and are thrilled to meet all the new players.
